Sunday, April 12

2:00-3:00

$55

Melanie Kidder, RYT 200, certified Restorative instructor, will lead the restorative yoga portion with her signature calm and grounding presence.

Stacey Saladin, certified sound healer and founder of In Your Element Wellness, will accompany with live sound throughout the experience to help deepen release and relaxation.

As the season shifts and the world starts to wake up, there's a quiet invitation to do the same — not by doing more, but by finally slowing down enough to feel it.

Join Melanie and Stacey, for a deeply restorative afternoon designed to help you shed what winter left behind and ease into spring from the inside out. Together, they guide you through a gentle, unhurried practice where fully supported poses meet live sound — singing bowls, gongs, and chimes layering over each posture to deepen your body's natural ability to release and restore.

This isn't a workout. There's no striving, no flow, no keeping up. It's an hour of intentional stillness held in a beautiful, tucked-away space that makes it easy to leave the outside world at the door. You'll spend most of the time horizontal, breathing, and letting go — which is harder than it sounds and more valuable than most things on your calendar.

This is your afternoon to exhale, recharge, and remember what it feels like to be fully at rest.

No yoga experience needed. Just come as you are. Mats, props, and blankets provided.
