EXPERIENCE an hour of deep rest & restoration — held in a one-of-a-kind third-floor barn space that feels a world away from the ordinary. There's something about this room that makes it easier to exhale.
Settle in, get comfortable, & simply let the sound do the work. Singing bowls, gongs, & chimes fill the space with layered vibration that guides your nervous system out of overdrive & into stillness — the kind of stillness that's hard to find on your own.
No experience needed, no effort required. Just show up, lie down, and let yourself be held by the sound. Mats & blankets provided. Please bring water and if you prefer, an eye mask and your own yoga mat.
