New beginnings

As winter begins to loosen its grip, spring invites us into renewal. This is the season of gentle awakening — when energy starts to move again and what’s been resting quietly is ready to come back to life.

Our 90-minute Yin & Sound session is designed to help you shake off the heaviness of winter and create space for what’s next. Through slow, intentional yin postures and immersive sound, you’ll support circulation, clarity, and a sense of lightness in both body and mind. Pair these postures with the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs to create a cocoon of sound to calm the mind and nervous system.

To seal the experience, we’ll end with an extra-long savasana—a spacious, unhurried rest supported by a mini sound bath. It’s the perfect way move gently into the new season!
This afternoon is about…

Restoring flow.
Release physical and energetic stagnation that builds up through stress and busyness.
Replenishing your reserves.
Reconnect to the quieter rhythm your body is asking for this season—nourishing instead of depleting.

Embracing stillness.
Let sound and silence work together to help you reset before winter begins in full swing.
